Lower Chimney Loop
The Lower Chimney Rock Trail follows the western slope of Chimney Rock, circling Lower Chimney Rock along the east edge of the Dry Creek Basin. The path meanders through a juniper forest with views of Capitol Butte (Thunder Mountain), Lizard Head, and Cockscomb. The Lower Chimney Rock Trail is the westernmost trail in the North Urban Trail System.
